Returns default parameters for each subsection. FLASHDeconvAlgorithm stores all parameters in a single Param object with prefixes (SD:, ft:, iq:). This function splits them into separate subsections for a cleaner CLI interface: -FD:* -> top-level algorithm parameters (after removing SD:, ft:, iq: prefixed params) -SD:* -> spectral deconvolution parameters -ft:* -> feature tracing parameters -iq:* -> isobaric quantification parameters

Reimplemented from TOPPBase.
